Reagnet kit for nuclei extraction and DNA staining for a variety of oxidative-sensitive plant species in order to determine genome size and ploidy level. CyStain PI OxProtect prepared samples can be analyzed on flow cytometers with green or blue excitation and red emission. The reagent is designed for optimal use on selected configurations of the Sysmex CyFlow™ Ploidy Analyzer and CyFlow™ Space flow cytometers.
